 f USAID\, many civil society organisations in EU partner countries have ha
 d to close offices\, scale downoperations\, and look for new funding sourc
 es. In this context\, in April 2025\, the European Commission Directorate 
 for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) will organise a series of region
 al webinars on access to EU funding for civil society under the current EU
  budget\, in particular the Civil Society thematic programme\, within the 
 framework of the Policy Forum on Development (PFD) CONCORD welcomes the in
 itiative and will complement it with a dedicated capacity building webinar
  under its Meaningful Engagement project. This session will focus on trend
 s in EU funding for CSOs\, drawing on findings from CONCORD’s recent rep
 ort “Who still holds the Lion’s Share”. The webinar aims to raise aw
 areness and improve the capacities of Civil Society to engage with and inf
 luence the EU as a global actor that builds meaningful and inclusive partn
 erships\, in view of the upcoming negotiations for the next EU Multiannual
  Financial Framework (MFF) and its programming process. Practical informat
